Faculty/Staff

The faculty and staff of Woodward Academy are at the heart of everything we do as a school. Eighty percent of our academic staff members hold at least a master’s degree. We maintain a ratio of one professional staff member to every 10 students. The average faculty tenure is 15 years, which demonstrates our teachers’ love and loyalty for Woodward and its students and contributes to the strong sense of community we enjoy as a school. Across the Academy, we employ people who care about children – whether they work in the classrooms or dining halls, as bus drivers or on our administrative staff.
