Student Accounts
For questions about student accounts including billing from After School Care, the Campus Store and Student Transport, please refer to the information below. You may also contact the Business Office at 404.765.4021.
Monthly student accounts can now be viewed and paid online. To register go to the secured site.
Parents can pay their student's account online and register to view their monthly statements through a new payment interface
Student Accounts
- Parents are advised to anticipate additional charges throughout the year. Information regarding the purchase of books, supplies and uniforms is available through the Campus Store.
- All charges are billed monthly and are due when billed.
- The Student Account number can be found on the billing statement from the Academy. The Student Transport Number is the same at the Student Accounts Number with a "ST" in front of the number.
- Woodward Academy's Federal Identification Number is 58-0625584.
Note: This number is for gifts, camps and After School Care that is paid directly to Woodward Academy. For all other payments made to others that use the Academy's facilities, please contact that individual/organization for tax information.
